Cosplays/party fits are encouraged! However, here are some rules to abide by:

• No Bulky Cosplays
• No Bulky Props (Small light sticks are fine!)
• No Nudity
• No OVERLY Revealing/Suggestive Cosplays
• No Weapon-like Props (Sharp, Suggestive, Metallic, etc.)

Dress Code: Party Casual

STRICTLY NO SANDALS, SLIPPERS, FLIPFLOPS. PROPER COVERED FOOTWEAR REQUIRED. (sorry cosplayers)

NO SINGLET/SHORTS for gentlemen, exceptions may be made for cosplayers.

Inappropriate dresswear may be barred from entry, or removed from venue.

All ticket sales are final.

STRICTLY NO pushing, shoving, or otherwise causing undue harm to any guest in the venue.

STRICTLY NO VAPING, DRUGS, SMOKING, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WITHIN THE VENUE.

All guests may be subjected to bag checks for the above prohibited items. Please carry minimal items. 

All guests agree to follow and abide by the laws of Singapore. 

We holds a zero tolerance to any form of HARASSMENT, whether SEXUAL, PHYSICAL, DIGITAL, or of any kind. Offenders will be evicted from the venue and may be charged. (We have CCTV in the venue.)

Guests agree to maintain their own health, where vomiting warrants a $80 cleanup fee. (There are toilet and trash bins around the venue.)

Entry into the venue does not guarantee entry into the dance zone, or good positioning. Strictly based on space allowance only. Guests are advised to come early to claim their area.

Photography and/or Videography might be taken during the event. Guests agree that Claxon Tournaments and CampusGameFest hereby has permission to take such photos and/or videos for commercial use. Guests who are uncomfortable with their pictures or videos may contact us separately to take them down.

We will endeavour to screen all media for wardrobe malfunctions before any potential upload.

Guests assume all responsibility and risk of injury for property loss, destruction or theft and hereby release Claxon Tournaments, their employees, and any vendor from any liability that may arise.

Guests are liable for any damage they may cause by their actions, behaviours, or items. We may bill guests who incur damages for these costs.

Guests are advised to arrive before 6:45pm on the night of the event. 

Kindly plan to leave the venue at 9:50pm in a safe and orderly manner. 

Please ensure that you have secured your own transport home & ensure that you arrange for a friend or family member to accompany you for your safety.
